* Leading and mentoring a team of software engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions. Collaborating closely with UX & UI designers, product managers, program managers, and other engineers throughout the product feature development lifecycle. Driving technical excellence and innovation by identifying gaps and implementing best practices. Ensuring the team follows agile methodologies and maintains a high level of productivity. Managing project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience. This position will be open for a minimum of 5 days, with applications accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled. *
